Listing without charge

Any category of property may be published at no cost. There is no membership fee, no minimum package, and no charge levied at the point of listing. A credit facility exists within the platform to support future services but has not been activated; every action therefore carries a fee of zero as stated, rather than under a promotion with a closing date.

Review before publication

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it is made public, rather than published immediately and withdrawn afterwards. Any listing may be reported from its own page without signing in, and every report is examined.

Protection of publishers' contact details

A publisher's telephone number and LINE account do not appear in search results, in the public interface, or in the page's underlying data. An interested party must sign in and expressly request them, which is recorded as one interested party per account. Publishers therefore know the true level of interest in a property, and contact details are not used for any other purpose.

A nationwide project database

We compile and maintain a database of residential projects throughout Thailand, open to public search without registration or charge, covering the project name, its location, and the listings that genuinely exist within it.

Service in three languages

Every page is available in Thai, English and Chinese. A publisher prepares their listing in one language and the remaining two are translated, so that an overseas buyer reads the same listing without further work on the publisher's part.

Editorial and analysis

Our neighbourhood guides and analysis are prepared to answer the questions that prospective buyers and tenants genuinely encounter, written for the reader's benefit first.
