Terms of use
These are the terms that apply to Jaotin today. They describe the rules as the service actually runs right now, not a sample text. If the rules change we will edit this page and change the date above.
What Jaotin is
Jaotin is a marketplace for property listings. We are not a party to any sale, purchase or tenancy and we do not act as anyone's agent. Any agreement is made directly between you and the other party.
Accounts and verification
Every account must verify a phone number by OTP before its first listing. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you may not open an account on someone else's behalf without their permission.
Honest listings
A publisher must post information and photos that match the real property, must have the right to offer it for sale or rent, and must update the listing once it is no longer available. We remove listings that break these rules.
Credits and payment
Some features are paid for with credits bought in advance. Credits are usable only within your own account, cannot be transferred, and credits already spent on a service that has been delivered are not refundable.
What is not allowed
No fake or duplicated listings, no photos you do not have the right to use, no automated scraping of the site, and no using chat to send harassing or fraudulent messages.
Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of information that users publish. Inspect the property and its title documents yourself before paying anyone.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will state the reason through the contact details that account has given us.
