Let an AI assistant draft your listing

If you use Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or any assistant that can make an HTTP request, it can draft listings for you. Nothing to install, no connector to configure.

Three steps

  1. Create an API tokenOn your profile page, the "API Token" card. Name it and create it — the value is shown once, so copy it straight away.
  2. Copy the message below to your assistantPick the tab for the assistant you use, copy it, paste it into the chat and add your token. It reads the rest itself.
  3. Review and publish yourselfThe assistant can only create drafts. You open it in My listings, place the map pin, and press publish.

Which assistant do you use?

Only two things differ: whether it can open a link by itself, and whether it can run commands on your machine. The second decides who uploads the photos.

Claude opens links by itself. Paste this into the chat.

Works on the web, in the app and in Claude Code · if you are using Claude Code, with a terminal, use the next tab instead — it can upload the photos for you.

Photos — the step people get stuck on

An assistant that can run commands on your machine uploads them itself, as multipart, at full resolution. Nothing needs resizing: the bytes travel over HTTPS and never pass through the chat window.

A browser-only assistant cannot read files on your machine. Let it create the draft, then open the edit link on your phone and add the photos there, which is where the photos already are. A listing with no photo cannot be published, so this step is not optional polish.

What the assistant can do · What it cannot

What the assistant can do
  • Create a listing as a draft
  • Edit the drafts it created
  • Upload photos to a draft
  • Duplicate a listing into a fresh draft
  • Close a listing that is live
  • Read your listings and credit balance
What it cannot
  • Publish anything — every listing goes live by your hand
  • Bump, renew or buy Spotlight — anything that spends credits
  • Edit a listing that is already published
  • Create or revoke API tokens
  • Delete the account, top up credits, or review anyone in your name

Every refusal on the right is enforced by the server, not merely requested. That is why handing a token to an assistant is safe.

If a token leaks, revoke it on your profile page. It dies immediately, on every surface, and the row stays as an audit trail.

The machine-readable documents

All three open without a login. The message you copied above already points at the first one, so there is no need to send it separately.
