Contact a publisher
From any listing page you must sign in or create an account before viewing the publisher's phone or LINE details or opening an in-site chat. The account's first reveal is counted once as a lead; the same account can later see the current contact details immediately without another count. Always view the property in person before transferring any money.
Post a requirement
Have not found the right property yet? Describe what you are looking for through the Looking form. Publishers in matching areas are notified and will contact you back through the channel and at the time you choose. Your contact details are shared only when you tick the consent box (PDPA).

If a listing looks fraudulent or breaks the terms of use, use the report control on the listing page · pick a reason and submit, no sign-in needed. Every listing is reviewed before publication and every report is investigated. The frequently asked questions on this topic are in the help centre.

We do not have a phone or email support line yet. Most matters are self-service: listings are managed in My Listings, the status of a top-up request is shown on the top-up page, and account deletion is done from the profile page. When a direct channel to the team opens, we will add it to this page.
