Frequently asked questions about using Jaotin. Every answer describes how the system actually works today.
Does posting a listing cost anything
Saving a draft and submitting a listing for review are currently free, with no credits deducted. Resubmitting after requested changes is also free. A published listing runs for 30 days.
I submitted a listing · why is it not on the site yet
Every submitted listing enters a review queue before it is published. If the team sends it back for fixes, you can edit and resubmit without another credit deduction.
How do I sign in · is there a password
There is no password. Use your email address to receive a 6-digit OTP, or choose one of the sign-in providers shown on the sign-in page. Providers that are not available are not displayed.
How do I top up credits
Open the credit wallet to see current packages, prices and available payment methods. Jaotin shows the credit amount and payment total for you to check before confirmation.

Check the transaction status and your credit balance in the credit wallet. If a transaction is awaiting review, follow the status shown there.
How do I edit, close or renew a listing
Use My Listings. Editing keeps the reference code and expiry date. Close a listing once the property is sold or rented. Renewal is available in the final 7 days or after expiry, adding 30 days from the old expiry when renewed early, or from the renewal date when already expired. Renewal currently costs 0 credits and reopening a closed listing costs 0 credits; bumping is not currently available.
Can I save favourites and set alerts for new listings
Sign in and tap the heart on a listing card to save it. On the favourites page, set an alert by choosing buy or rent, a property type, and optionally a neighbourhood and budget ceiling. Matching new listings trigger an on-site notification.

Contacting a publisher is free, and you should always view the property in person before transferring any money. If a listing looks fraudulent, use the report control on the listing page · pick a reason and submit, no sign-in needed. The team reviews every report, and listings that break the terms of use are suspended.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account yourself from the profile page: personal data is removed and only the transaction records the law requires are kept. The full details are in the privacy policy.
